Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad
Work Timings: 5:30 am-2:30 pm IST for AU /12.30pm to 09.30pm IST for UK
Total Exp: 5+ Experience with International B2B International Business Development.
Qualification:
Any graduate/postgraduate degree (Commerce first preference; Science second preference) with adequate working knowledge in basic financial and accounting field, with a flair for engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance areas.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clienteles in Australia. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
About the role: -
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales-support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people
Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability
Establish & extend the company's market leadership through effective contributions towards
Business Development, Sales & Key Account Management.
Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business.
Desired Profile:
The candidate should have experience in lead generation into the International B2B market with self motivated go-getter ability to work with utmost efficiency. He should be an excellent communicator, open to explore the market, identify the potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline. He/she should establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers of clients.
