    We are looking for a highly motivated FieldSales Executive in Agency Vertical for Indias Leading InsuranceCompany.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and support your financial advisor tomeet their sales targets.
    • Monitor and reporton team progress regularly.
    • Build strongrelationships with existing and new clients.
    • Identify opportunities to provide additional financialsolutions.
    • Identify and pursue new clients inthe Insurance sector.
    • Develop strategies forexpanding our market presence
    • Develop andimplement effective sales strategies.
    • Prepareand present sales reports to management.

    Desired CandidatesProfile:

    • Experience:Minimum 2 Years in Any Sales and Marketing department.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of BFSI products and trends.
    • Track record of meeting sales targets.
