    Job Overview

    We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at LIC IMF. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and techniques
    • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
    • Ability to effectively use telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients

    • Proficiency in MS Office and sales software

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, including key decision-makers
    • Present and pitch our products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition
    • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets
    • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to ensure a win-win outcome
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and successful client onboarding
    • Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis
    • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales cycle
