    Manager - Trade Marketing


    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive Trade Marketing Strategy tailored to the brands within the assigned geography.
    • Create and manage a trade marketing calendar aligned with the business strategy.
    • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, vendors, and partners to optimize the effectiveness of trade programs.
    • Design and oversee promotional programs for retailers and Large Format Retail Stores (LFRs).
    • Formulate and execute trade schemes for wholesalers and retailers at regional levels; assess and report on business growth and Return on Investment (ROI).
    • Enhance product placement and share of shelf space in collaboration with retailers and merchandisers.
    • Initiate and manage Retailer Relationship programs and drive related initiatives.
    • Lead shopper activation efforts, including instore promotions and activations.
    • Ensure optimal visibility in stores through both paid and unpaid channels.
    • Administer In-Shop Demonstrator (ISD) programs across various stores.
    • Develop and implement Wholesale/Retail loyalty programs.
    • Manage budgets for trade marketing initiatives on a quarterly and annual basis.
    • Collaborate with the sales, commercial, logistics, and brand/marketing teams to ensure seamless daytoday operations.
    • Design, approve, and evaluate trade promotion schemes to expand distribution reach and effectiveness.
    • Organize dealer and wholesaler meetings in strategic locations to maximize brand impact and market penetration.
