    Job Title: Marketing Manager- Asia Pacific

    Department: Marketing

    Reports To (Administratively-INDIA): Sales Director

    Reports To (Marketing-USA): Global Marketing Director

    Date: April 2024

    Summary:

    Experienced marketer to oversee the implementation, execution, and evaluation of Asia Pacific marketing campaigns. Spearhead Asia Pacific market and competitive research and analysis to inform marketing decisions. Lead public relations and lead generation initiatives, including communications channels and content, and local industry event participation. Oversee daily activities of the marketing team. This position offers a great opportunity for advancement and growth and is suitable for self-motivated talents who can work with next-to-no supervision. This Position is based out of the New Delhi office, Astrophysics India Pvt Ltd. Astrophysics India Private Limited is a branch of Astrophysics Inc, USA

    Essential Functions:

    • closely with HQ team to develop and implement marketing strategy and tactics
    • instructions from HQ on brand and marketing direction
    • monthly, and quarterly reporting
    • with sales to segment the market, and launch successful omni-channel marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
    • and report on marketing campaign performance
    • with approved organic and paid marketing channels for publicity, advertising, pay-per-click, event management, lead generation, etc.
    • for reporting on the regional marketing budget and effective allocation of funds
    • with HQ and local PR team to oversee the coordination of PR events
    • research, selection, participation, and coordination of regional industry trade shows, roadshows, and dealer events
    • strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, publications, agencies, and vendors.
    • content development of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, presentations, and all marketing-related projects
    • and review all written marketing content, assist in writing copy as necessary
    • approval from HQ prior to deployment
    • analyze, and prepare reports on industry trends, market size, market share, customers, competitor products, pricing, strategies, etc.
    • brand awareness and development of clear brand identity in the region
    • and maintain the company's brand image, including use of logos/signage by the company and affiliates (regional dealers, partners, etc)
    • additional job duties as requested by management
    • and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan
    • all marketing activities to generate leads
    • with other teams to promote offerings
    • clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies

    Supervisory Responsibility:

    Supervise Asia Pacific Marketing personnel.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    Full-time, approximately Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm, with occasional need to work on weekends. (Hours and workdays are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.)

    Required Education and Experience:

    • degree in marketing or related field, MBA preferred.
    • years of marketing experience in the security/technology industry preferred.
    • an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • experience in launching successful omni-channel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and drive sales.
    • analytical, data reporting, and project management skills.
    • charismatic personality with the ability to interact with multiple cultures.
    • to travel up to 25%, including a valid passport to travel internationally.
    • command of verbal and written English with strong writing and editing abilities
