Job Description:

The Pune Institute of Business Management (PIBM) is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our faculty team as Assistant Professors. As an Assistant Professor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future business leaders by imparting knowledge and fostering critical thinking in our students. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about teaching and research in the fields of Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Analytics, General Management, Project Management, and Fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting lectures, seminars, and workshops in your respective field of expertise.
• Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lectures, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentoring and guiding students in their academic and professional development.
• Engaging in scholarly research activities, including publishing papers in reputed journals and presenting at conferences.
• Collaborating with industry professionals and fostering industry-academia partnerships.
• Participating in departmental and institutional activities, including committees and administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Analytics, General Management, Project Management, Fintech, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Prior teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred.
• Strong research background demonstrated through publications in peer-reviewed journals or conference presentations.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in the respective disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Industry experience or certifications related to the respective fields would be an advantage.
