Description:

Tbot Systems is currently seeking a Dell Certified Engineer to join our team. As a Dell Certified Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise for Dell products and solutions. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service by resolving technical issues, performing maintenance and updates, and ensuring the smooth operation of Dell systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dell products, including hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Perform system setup, configuration, and installation of Dell solutions
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates of Dell systems to ensure optimal performance and security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and provide recommendations for system enhancements
• Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and updates
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Dell technologies, products, and solutions
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer sessions to clients and internal teams as required
