    Job Overview

    Job Gauge is looking for a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing professional to join our team. This role requires a Junior candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our clients' websites and increase brand awareness.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing
    • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
    • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective advertising networks
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Passion for digital marketing and staying updated with industry trends

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and display advertising
    • Manage and optimize website content and user experience to enhance online visibility
    • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
    • Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages, customer journey, and overall user experience
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
    • Utilize analytical tools to monitor and improve website performance and user engagement
    • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management
    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms
    • Conduct market research to develop target audience profiles and tailor marketing strategies accordingly
