- Ensuring accurate andtimely generation of imagingreports
- Participating in quality assurance andquality improvement initiatives
- Keeping abreastof advancements in radiology and attending continuous medicaleducation programs
- Supervising and coordinatingthe activities of radiologic technologists and other supportstaff
- Collaborating with other healthcareprofessionals to ensure optimal patientcare
- Doctor of Medicine(MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)degree
- Board certification inRadiology
- State medicallicense
- Fellowship training in a subspecialtyof radiology (e.g. neuroradiology musculoskeletalradiology)
- Experience in interpreting a widerange of medical images
- Proficiency in usingPACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and RIS(Radiology Information System)
- Excellentinterpersonal and communicationskills
