    Job Description :

    Ventura is an omnichannel trading and investment platform with a network of branches, sub-brokers and Digital Channels.

    Founded in 1994, the company is now entering the next phase of growth by pivoting to a digital-first approach and strengthening its direct-to-consumer franchise.

    The company has now carved out a separate fintech vertical tasked with digital transformation using cutting-edge technology and bringing in fresh talent.

    • Build out of the Ventura cloudbased frontend platform from scratch.
    • Ownership and monitoring of our D2C frontend.
    • Robust documentation skills and desire to share information with others.
    • Desire and ability to prototype ideas quickly, and be willing to experiment and learn.
    What you'll need to bring :

    • Very strong Flutter skills.
    • Be open to learning and developing applications in Flutter.
    • Good understanding of how JavaScript applications actually work behind the scenes.
    • Demonstrable experience in writing testable code, working with git, doing peerlevel code review, daily standups, and generally championing software excellence.
    • Open to considering junior candidates with the same tech stack and a robust GitHub/opensource presence.
