    Job Description: Video Editor

    We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro, with a strong focus on color grading and working with Log files.

    You will be responsible for editing dynamic and engaging content that matches the latest trends in video production. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work within tight deadlines while maintaining high production quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Edit and assemble raw footage into polished video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and more.
    • Work with Premiere Pro for seamless video editing and After Effects for motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
    • Apply Log file workflows to achieve the best possible color grading and visual consistency across projects.
    • Stay up to date with the latest video editing trends and techniques to keep content fresh and engaging.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to align video edits with project goals, timelines, and brand identity.
    • Ensure the final video output meets the highest quality standards for both online and offline media.
    • Work efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality.
    • Maintain a well-organized media library and adhere to naming conventions and file management protocols.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro is essential.
    • Expertise in color grading and a solid understanding of Log file workflows (e.g., S-log, C-log, etc.).
    • A solid understanding of video production, including pacing, storytelling, and visual continuity.
    • Ability to create and implement motion graphics and visual effects using After Effects.
    • Strong knowledge of current video trends across digital platforms, with a portfolio showcasing these skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once, meeting deadlines efficiently.
    • Strong attention to detail and a passion for video editing.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience working in the film, advertising, or digital media industry.
    • Experience with 3D motion graphics or other advanced editing techniques is a plus.
    • Understanding of video compression, formats, and aspect ratios for various platforms.
