Role Overview:

As an L3 Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. In addition to your support duties, you will also be involved in coding tasks using Java to enhance and maintain our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.

Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate support tasks.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of new features and enhancements.

Document technical solutions and best practices for internal and external use.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.

Minimum of X years of experience in technical support, with a focus on L3 support.

Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

Experience with troubleshooting complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
