    Description

    Title:
    EE Production Execution - Flying Leader

    Objectives:
    To ensure the First Time Right (FTR) targets as defined for each phase of Vehicle build during thedevelopment phase.

    To ensure the EE components have latest SW and HW in vehicle builds andtrack/support in SW reflashing/Modernization on need basis.

    Actively participate in Cross Functional team discussions for root cause analysis of the issues reported in End of Line (EOL) andcome up with a defect Burn-down to achieve the FTR.


    Description:
    Coordinate and Track Development/Release of Electronic Control unit's Process standards for Manufacturing Electrical End of Line readiness.
    Establishment of Manufacturing EOL for every vehicle build phase along with Mfg Technology.
    Reported Electrical issues troubleshooting and root causing, reported during vehicle build and testing.
    Co-Ordinate Troubleshooting/RCA with Global SWAT team for common issues and read acrossimplementation.
    Track and support new s/w & h/w implementation during development vehicle builds.
    Control/Track/Support Target S/w reflashes during build.

    Generate Report on Electrical issues reported & Lessons learnt implemented on other regions toimprove the Robust of EOL and improve EOL FTC (First Time compliance) KPI as defined for development.

    Vehicles.
    Lead Root Causing with Cross Functional Teams.
    Define and meet FTR targets during various build Phases.


    Qualifications/Skills and Experience:
    B.E.

    in EEE or ECE with 6 to 8 years' experience in Automotive Industry in Validation, Diagnostics and Vehicle InstrumentationEssential SkillsGood experience in Vehicle Validation/TroubleshootingExperience in working on Plant End of Line/Quality troubleshooting is advantage.

    Good Experience in Vehicle OBD Diagnostics, Flashing of ECUs and Instrumentation/Data logging tools.
    Experience in Electric Vehicles /Hybrid Vehicles development, diagnostics/troubleshooting orvalidation is an added advantage.
    Good team playerGood communication skills
