    VP/HR Business Partner


    Looking for a dynamic HR Generalist / HRBP supporting various HR functions and ensuring alignment with business priorities within the Investment Banking domain.

    Role responsibilities will encompass all generalist HR functions including executing HR initiatives to improve performance, building capability & commitment to the organization, oversight of recruitment activity, learning & engagement, compensation management, partnering with businesses and being the strategic advisor on the HR front

    • Ensuring alignment with business and HR strategic objectives
    • Focus on stakeholder management and strongly connect with the extended leadership team
    • Partnering with businesses on endtoend employee life cycle management, oversight of recruitment activity,
    • Driving HR Processes like Compensation, Performance Appraisal, Talent Management, Learning & Engagement
    • Providing guidance and support in organizational design, ensuring the right structure, roles, and capabilities are in place to drive business success
    • Partner with relevant specialist teams to improve and streamline policies and processes
    • Providing strategic HR support related to human capital management
    • Making a significant contribution to the implementation and execution of HR policy and procedures

    Skills / Knowledge:

    • The successful candidate should come with 15+ years of HRBP experience within the Investment Banking domain from a premium institute
    • Deep understanding of employee relations, performance management, talent management, and change management
    • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
    • Ability to quickly build relationships with internal & senior stakeholders
    • Strong strategic thinking abilities with the capability to translate business goals into HR initiatives
    • Resultsoriented with a proactive and initiativedriven approach to work
    • Strong organizational skills
