    Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Lease Admin

    Reports to:
    Lease Admin Controller/AVP - Real Estate Finance
    In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of lease administration experts, ensuring smooth delivery of client services, driving operational excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships
    Responsibilities
    .Manage end-to-end lease administration operations including abstraction, rent calculation, CAM reconciliations, and reporting.
    .Lead a team of lease administration associates, management trainees and assistant managers, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and quality deliverables.
    .Act as Subject Matter Specialist for the lease administration process, having complete know-how and understanding of the lease administration value chain.
    .Monitor and manage lease critical dates to avoid financial/operational risks.
    .Act as the key point of contact for client, manage relationships, and handle escalations.
    .Review financial impacts of lease clauses and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
    .Oversee transitions, process migrations, and change management.
    .Ensure audit readiness and compliance with client/regulatory standards.
    .Develop process improvement initiatives by driving digital transformation, automation and lean methodologies to enhance efficiency.
    .Conduct performance appraisals, career development discussions, and training for the team.
    .Ensure governance through regular client reviews, reporting, and audits.
    .Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis and provide resolution in coordination with onshore counterparts
    Qualifications we seek in you
    Minimum Qualifications
    .Proficient in lease administration databases (e.g., Co-star, Lucernex, Pro-Lease, Tririga, Yardi, MRI, JD Edwards etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
    .Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    .Relevant years of lease administration experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
    .Strong knowledge and application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
    .Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    .Strong critical thinking skills.
    .Exchange ideas, information, and opinions with others to formulate and/or arrive jointly at decisions, conclusions, or solutions.
    .High attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
    .People management exposure (training, mentoring, handling small teams).
    .Ability to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
    .Excellent people management, leadership and stakeholder engagement.
