Business Analyst with Project Management experience

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Management:

· Lead and manage project teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects.

· Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

· Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Monitor and track project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

· Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.

2.Scrum Master:

· Facilitate Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

· Ensure that the Scrum team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.

· Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress.

· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization within the team.

· Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices.

3.Stakeholder Engagement:

· Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to prioritize and refine product backlogs.

· Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and requirements.

4.Quality and Delivery:

· Champion the principles of Agile and Scrum to drive high-quality, on-time product delivery.

· Monitor and assess the team's performance, encouraging a focus on delivering value to the customer.

5.Documentation and Reporting:

· Maintain project documentation, including user stories, sprint backlogs, and release plans.

· Generate reports and metrics to assess project health and progress.

Qualifications:

· 8 to 12 years of industry experience

· Masters/bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Project Management, Computer Science, Business, etc.).

· Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master's in software development or related fields.

· Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar Agile certifications preferred.

· Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in project management software tools. [Azure DevOps (Preferred), Confluence (Preferred), Jira, Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project etc.]

· Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Education

UG: BCA in Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM in Information Technology

Experience: 8- 12 years

Shift Timing - 02:00 to 11:00 PM

Work Schedule – Onsite Noida
