    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.
    • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives effectively.
    • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities in targeted market segments.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
    • Work closely with the solutions development team to align strategies and solutions with customer requirements.
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
    • Keep abreast of emerging trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to develop effective sales and solution services strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecast, and business development activities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure brand consistency and reputation enhancement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
    • 6-10 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales, or account manager.
    • Strong understanding of the IT solutions and services, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite. Preferably also technology and productivity tools.
    • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
