- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
- 6-10 years of proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales, or account manager.
- Strong understanding of the IT solutions and services, market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and cultivating strategic partnerships.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite. Preferably also technology and productivity tools.
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and attend industry events.
