    Responsibilities:
    Lead a team of NLP engineers in the design, development, and deployment of NLP systemsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure that your team is following best practices in software development, such as agile methodologies, code reviews, and testingEnsure that NLP systems are scalable, reliable, and secure (Deploy in real world - large scale - secure and reliable way - very direct impact on hospital systems)


    Requirements:
    At least 6 years of experience in NLP software developmentAt least 3 years of experience leading a software engineering teamExperience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or GCPExcellent communication and leadership skillsFamiliarity with modern software development tools and technologies, such as Git, JIRA, and Python
