- AR Callers are responsible for calling insurance companies in US on behalf of clients and follow up on outstanding claims
- AR Analyst should be strong in AR denials management and provide qualitative support in Charges
- To prioritize the pending claims for calling from the aging basket
- Should be able to convince the insurance company (payers) for payment of their outstanding clients
- To ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards
- Good experience in denial management, appeals & referral process
- Should be good at pre calling analysis
- Should have basic knowledge of the entire revenue cycle management (RCM)of US Healthcare domain
- Ability to multi-task
- Good organization skills demonstrating the ability to execute timely follow-up
- Willingness to be a team player and show initiative where needed
- Ready to work in night shifts
