- Working on 468B Trust regulatory compliance, including Federal Tax Returns and 1099s for all QSFs
- Provide support for Escheatment process, as required
- Develop & publish reporting metrics of KPIs
- Supporting & coordinating with onshore team based out of overseas offices
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all Graduation (Bachelors') in Business, Accounting or Finance; Masters' degree will be an advantage.
- 1+ years of work experience including 23 years Accounting and Federal tax compliance experience required in BPO/KPO/ITES industries.
- Strong understanding of internal controls
- Handson experience with QuickBooks and/or Oracle NetSuite highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills.
- Ability to design and documenting processes.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal with problem solving ability
