Job Title: Senior Sales & Marketing Manager
The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager leads the strategic planning, implementation, and oversight of sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, enhance brand presence, and achieve revenue goals. This role combines leadership, analytical, and creative skills to manage teams, develop strategies, and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Strategic Planning and Leadership:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Sales Management:
- Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets, quotas, and KPIs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify new market segments and opportunities for business expansion.
Marketing Management:
- Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI-focused expenditure.
- Enhance brand positioning through innovative strategies and consistent messaging.
- Collaborate with product development and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Present performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
Qualification:
- Any degree, MBA
Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Architecture or Construction or Interior firm
