    Position Overview:

    As a Business Development Associate at Pentagon Space, you will be instrumental in driving enrollment and facilitating career advancement for our students. Your role will involve engaging with prospective learners, showcasing the value of our IT courses and placement services, and ultimately guiding them toward a successful educational journey and career path in the tech industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue potential leads through various channels such as online research, networking, and cold calling to generate interest in our educational programs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
    • Understand prospective students' unique needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and solutions that align with their educational goals.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets and maximize admissions, continually evaluating and refining approaches to optimize results.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to identify new opportunities for business development and differentiation.
    • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring a cohesive lead generation and conversion approach.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, and conversions, and provide regular reports to management on sales performance and pipeline status.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Knowledge in sales or business development and Digital Marketing preferably in the education sector
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
