    Role andResponsibilities:
    As a Lead SalesforceBusiness Analyst the candidate will be responsible for interactingwith UK/USA clients writing user stories and handling projects ofthe product development team. They will guide the team and FTEbusinesses to improve business processes and efficiency inSalesforce. The role involves eliciting documenting and analyzingrequirements around business challenges and producing datadrivensolutions. Additionally the candidate will analyze realtime andhistorical data on operational performance and customer experienceas well as generate and modify user dashboards. They will alsocoordinate with Salesforce administration and development teams totake ownership of technical delivery and escalate roadblocks. Therole requires technical leadership including setting best practicesin integration application development deployment and testing. Thecandidate will identify and drive continuous improvements in theCRM technology participate in all aspects of CRM changes and havestrong business analysis and functionalexperience.

    CandidateQualifications:
    The ideal candidate shouldhave 710 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years inSalesforce business analysis. They should possess experience intranslating business requirements into functional and technicalrequirements and test scripts as well as acting as a single pointof contact between the business and technical team. The candidateshould enable functional delivery and be responsible for UserAcceptance Testing (UAT) rollout. Moreover they should haveexperience in reviewing business cycle reports and owning thedesign development and maintenance of ongoing metrics reportsanalyses anddashboards.
