    Description

    Job Description: SCM Functional Expert - Manufacturing/Cost management/Planning/Maintenance modules

    Responsibilities:

    • Functional Expertise: Proficiency in SCM modules including Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Approval Management (AMX/BPM), Inventory Management, Order Management, Pricing, Sales and Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, and Planning.
    • Module Experience: Hands-on experience in Procurement Suite modules such as Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Qualification Management (SQM), and Approval Management using AMX and BPM. Exposure to other modules like Order Management, Pricing, Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing, and Planning is desirable.
    • Implementation Experience: Involvement in 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with exposure to US implementations.
    • Architectural & Design Skills: Lead architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualize and articulate integration designs, and conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).
    • Configuration & Client-Facing Role: Experience in configuring applications in a client-facing role, translating client requirements into functional configurations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor of Engineering or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with 5 to 10 years of total experience in Cloud Application Implementations.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
    • Ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and concisely.
    • Self-motivated with high energy and drive, willing to learn and adapt.
    • Good team player with strong analytical skills.
