    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Manager located in Noida. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing finances, creating budgets, and developing business strategies to increase revenue. In this role, the Business Manager will work closely with the Creative Director and other members of the team to ensure success.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in business management, particularly in the fashion industry
    • Ability to develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue
    • Knowledge of finance and budgeting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and clients
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Understanding of Indian fashion and textiles is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
    • understanding fashion merchandising and strategy making
    • Leadership skills that help bring out the best of different teams
    • generate weekly, monthly and yearly PNL assessments
    • discover and forge business relationships with multiple business partners
    • Monthly and yearly financial expense and budget plans for the company

    • Weekly Team assessments and targets for all teams with performance evaluations
    • Handling Store relationships, sales targets and maintaining business associations on a long term basis
    • Exploring new business opportunities and sourcing funds to arrange and invest in the same
