    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated HR Executive to join our team at Grapes Innovative Solutions. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and procedures. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Thrissur, Kerala, India, and the employment type is full-time.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
    • Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role
    • In-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
    • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
    • Familiarity with HR software and tools for managing employee data
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates
    • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices
    • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team building activities, rewards and recognition programs, and employee surveys
    • Handle performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and addressing employee concerns
    • Assist in training and development activities, identify skill gaps, and recommend appropriate training programs
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance data
    • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including policies, benefits, and career development
    • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and developments, and ensure continuous improvement of HR practices
    • Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
    • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement
