    Senior Territory Sales Executive / Deputy Territory Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    Candidates must be having knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution for the allocated districts


    • Increasing client base, Sales & revenue by self & by team


    •Developing growth strategies and plans - Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plans


    • Coordinate, prepare & launch new products for the assigned market(s) with cooperation of the respective sales department in the respective regions


    • Sales strategy development


    • Customer relationship management


    • Distribution channel management


    • Promotions and marketing


    • Budget management


    • Compliance and documentation


    • Training personnel and helping team develop their skills
