Job Description:

As an IT Trainer at Minteworld, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs to our clients and internal teams. You will work closely with subject matter experts to create engaging learning materials and conduct hands-on training sessions.

Responsibilities:

Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.

Deliver training sessions on a range of IT topics, such as programming languages, cybersecurity best practices, cloud technologies, etc.

Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of clients or departments within the organization.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure training content is current and relevant.

Provide support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role, with a strong background in IT concepts and technologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Certification in relevant IT areas (e.g., Java, Python, Full Stack, Snowflake, Devops, AWS, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.

Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms is desirable.
