    Designation - Account Executive (Role - Field Sales)

    Office Location :- Bandra Hill Road

    Work location :- South Mumbai Location (Candidate should be comfortable for this location)

    Shift time :- As per work

    Day offs :- Rotational off

    CTC :- Open upto 7 LPA for exceptional candidates.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Business Acquisition - Residential Properties

    2. Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them

    3. Follow independent owner deals and close them.

    4. Verification of location and house before onboarding the property

    5. Pitch about the company's policies and pitch to owners.

    6. Collection of details for Agreement Generation.

    7. Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention

    Requirements:

    Experience in TeleSales, Telemarketing, B2B Sales, B2C Sales.

    Good Communication Skills

    Good Convincing Skills

    Flexible with working days and times

    Age criteria: years

    Excellent Personality and communication.

    To be successful in this role, youll need to have the following skills:

    Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and/or any regional language(

    Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Tamil, Gujarati)
