    Sikich is seeking an Office Operations Executive with 4-6 years of experience.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative support in a team environment.
    • Interact cross-functionally with employees and vendors.
    • Ensure a high level of service and accuracy in answering questions for employees and vendors.
    • Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly.
    • Preparing & collating reports and emails, maintaining schedules and arranging appointments for the leadership team.
    • Vendor and Partner management.
    • Responsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, filing, archiving), ad-hoc projects, organizing group events etc.
    • Orders supplies and keeps inventory well-stocked.
    • Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements.
    • Establish & optimize internal processes.
    • Flexibility in work timings to effectively support & assist the team members.
    • Maintains an understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independently

    Requirements for Successful Candidate

    • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma is required, an accounting background is a plus.
    • Prior experience of working with a multinational company would be an added advantage.
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
    • Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Dynamic and extrovert in nature, capable of good networking skills
