- Provides administrative support in a team environment.
- Interact cross-functionally with employees and vendors.
- Ensure a high level of service and accuracy in answering questions for employees and vendors.
- Handle multiple tasks while being flexible as priorities and focus can change rapidly.
- Preparing & collating reports and emails, maintaining schedules and arranging appointments for the leadership team.
- Vendor and Partner management.
- Responsible for participation in general administrative duties (copying, filing, archiving), ad-hoc projects, organizing group events etc.
- Orders supplies and keeps inventory well-stocked.
- Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Establish & optimize internal processes.
- Flexibility in work timings to effectively support & assist the team members.
- Maintains an understanding of firm policies and handles certain issues independently
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma is required, an accounting background is a plus.
- Prior experience of working with a multinational company would be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Proactive approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
