    Responsibilities:
    Conduct thorough research to identify and define the ideal customerpersona for our brand. Engage withcustomers to understand their pain points preferences andneeds. Analyzecompetitor pricing and market trends to develop and implement aneffective pricing strategy that maintains our competitiveedge. Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to refine product offerings andmessaging based on customer insights ensuring they resonate withthe targetaudience. Deviseand execute strategies to build direct relationships withcustomers. Create and manage email and WhatsApp lists and designautomated workflows to engage and nurtureleads. Collaboratewith the marketing team to develop personalized and impactfulcampaigns that align with customer personas and painpoints. Monitor andanalyze customer engagement data to iterate on strategies andimprove overall customersatisfaction. Stayupdated on industry trends market dynamics and emergingtechnologies to recommend innovativestrategies.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a relatedfield. Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data drawconclusions and make strategicrecommendations.
    Excellent communication skills both written andverbal.
    Detailoriented with a creative mindset to devise innovativesolutions. Basicunderstanding of researchmethodologiesFamiliarity with the home furnishings industry or ecommerce is aplus.
