This position requires a blend of business and technical acumen, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, technical capabilities, and business priorities.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, design and support teams to understand user needs, ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis and analyse data to identify opportunities for product improvement, address challenges and innovation.
• Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, focusing on features that deliver the most value to users.
• Create clear and concise product specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
• Define, track and analyse product performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for optimization.
• Advocate for the user voice within the organization and champion a datadriven approach to product development.
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding internally and with external stakeholders.

• 1 year to 3 years of experience in product management
• Basic knowledge in mobile applications, web technologies, or enterprise software
• Basic understanding of Agile software development processes
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
• Usercentric approach with a passion for understanding user needs and pain points.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present product ideas clearly and concisely.
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment.
