Roles and Responsibilities:

• Focuses on designing and implementing automated testing processes and tools for an AWS SAAS Application. The software development engineer in test focuses on creating test code to ensure the product is functioning properly. This specialist also creates tools to help writing, running, and maintaining both product and test codes.
• Responsible for building automation frameworks for tests and other test-related development processes, such as continuous delivery pipelines. This also may include (but is not limited to) writing and executing automated test scripts, analysis of test results, and so on. On a daily basis, an SDET works closely with software developers and quality assurance (QA) teams to timely identify and resolve software defects.
• As a Subject Matter Expert in Selenium testing, responsible to mentor other QA engineers in writing and troubleshooting selenium tests.
• Responsible for developing a strategy that ensures high levels of adherence to established software behavior specifications in an environment which continually delivers new software every month to customers.
• Using current automation technologies, writes test plans, and performs testing and debugging of those automated tests. Responsible for delivering the automation framework which supports this.
• Demonstrate continued support of other team members in meeting the team goals for the sprint.

• Prepares reports to management defining problem, evaluation, and possible solution.
• Responsible for functions, activities, and skills required for analysis, design, integration, and test of software modules, subsystems or systems
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
• Responsible for delivery related to average accounts and/or dollar quota/territory compared to the company's average

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ Years experience with large scale Selenium tests and Selenium testing frameworks
• Experience with automated Continuous Delivery pipelines
• Excellent programming skills for writing tests including software design patterns Preferred
• AWS Certification
• Azure Devops Experience
• JMeter Testing
