Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Officer at our newly opened Flagship Space, The SĀR RESIDENCE located in Pune. The Guest Service Officer will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, maintaining customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating with guests. The role will also involve receptionist duties such as greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing inquiries, and keeping the space organised
