- Technician Level:
- Execute production activities according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and batch records.
- Operate manufacturing equipment with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Senior Executive Level:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and innovation in the General Injectable division.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the development and launch of new products.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through process improvements and technology adoption.
- Represent the company in interactions with regulatory agencies, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
- Officer :Execute and oversee all aspects of the production process for injectable pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Supervise production staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor production schedules and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably in injectable products.
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Leadership abilities with a track record of driving results.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
