Job Description:

As a Senior Accountant at Threasury Media, you will handle a broad range of accounting activities from invoice management to financial reporting. You will be pivotal in ensuring our financial operations are accurate and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and distribute invoices to clients.

Monitor and follow up on overdue invoices.

Conduct daily payment reconciliations.

Regularly update client sheets and manage bookkeeping tasks.

Handle refunds and manage contract agreements with clients and employees.

Prepare monthly profit and loss reports and make necessary payments including salaries.

Oversee bank charges and file GST returns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.

Proficiency in Zoho Books and other financial softwares.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

- Proficient in English to work with overseas clients

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
