    Must be from C2H Staffing background and responsible for account management.


    JOB DESCRIPTION :

    • Experience in Account Management and Account Mining.
    • Monitoring conversion ratios to maintain and adhere to agreed SLA
    • Provide management report for senior leadership on a frequent basis
    • Involve in client interactions.
    • Submission of various reports on recruitment as per business demands
    • Coaching & mentoring team members
    • Responsible for timely and smooth onboarding of all selected candidates
    • Drafting client account plan based on discussions related to the client's needs and goals of hiring on quarterly basis.
    Willing to travel to client place within India
