*Job Title: Telecaller*

*Location:* Delhi

*Job Type:* Full-time

*Responsibilities:*

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

2. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and address their queries and concerns.

3. Generate leads and maintain a database of potential clients.

4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.

5. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls made and conversions.

6. Keep accurate records of calls and sales made.

7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve strategies and achieve targets.

8. Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

*Requirements:*

1. Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

2. Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service preferred.

3. Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.

4. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
