Job summary
This position will facilitate organisation and leadership development efforts by working with employees and managers to address causes of human resources issues. It also involves resolving employee relations issues , helping plant management develop solutions through cultural and process perspective organisational development, developing company-wide programmes, selecting, developing,and evaluating people to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Responsibilities
- Partner with CoEs leaders at a local level to bring value and support to the business through performance management coaching correctives action team building employee development compliance programmes
- Provide feedback to COEs and HR Services assist those functions deliver continuous improvement consistency all employees.
