    We are seeking anexperienced Client Relationship Manager for the Real Estatedivision of the Company specialising in Premium Luxury villas. TheClient Relationship Manager Real Estate will be responsible formanaging and maintaining relationships with clients vendors andcontractors ensuring client satisfaction and supporting salesefforts.

    JobResponsibilities:

    Clientrelationship management: Managing all post agreement ofsale commitments and requests to lifetime of client at the villa/apartment.

    • Expectation management:The CRM takes handover of a client from sales. The CRM is to ensurethat the companies deliverables are always understood by the clientand a realistic expectation is set between the company and theclient.
    • Is vigilant of all paperworkunderstanding the legalities processes and being very familiar withLegal documentation of Real Estate homes.
    • Relationship Management: Build Company brandthrough personal representation and creating clientexperiences.
    • Experience: Proactively update theclient on project status. Assertively communicatesnegative/difficult situation to ensure that the company is alwaysin good light. Communicate important milestones any regulations orchanges impacting the developed property managing fees regardingmaintenance utility bills etc.
    • Collections:The CRM is to preside over the collections opportunities as well asactual timely and regular collections.
    • Bookkeeping and information management: TheCRM is able ensure that the information is securely and orderlystored with neat filing system.
    • Coordinateclosely with the Project team in bringing any client requests formodifications additions to villa before any commitment toclient.

    Client Home &Facility Management: Caring for the physical property of theclient

    • Maintenance andupkeep: CRM will be the mediator between Property managers and themaintenance management team. The CRM will also be responsible toensure clear comminution and documentation of every service requestamongst all task owners.
    • Builds and maintainsschedules and systems checking maintenance services supervisingrepairs timely escalations to project maintenance teams.
    • Creates processes to escalate any concerns forhomes delivered owning the resolution till end.
    • Reviews maintenance contracts following upwith accounts and clients for renewals.
    • Worksclosely with Project teams coordinating with them for sitemaintenance.
    • Secures property by checking& maintaining security devices connect with localsecurity/patrol service; establishing and enforcing precautionarypolicies and procedures; responding toemergencies.
    • Maintain thorough the housekeepingteams the gardens and landscape cleanliness in and around property.
    • Have strong relationship with localauthorities and neighbours to ensure communal and cordial livingfor clients as well as guests/tenants.
    • Maintain maintenance expenditure forthe sites communicating with accounts & clients as needed.

    Liaison with localauthorities clients business teams

    • Build maintain strong andcordial relationships with local governing authorities officialsetc
    • Is the Single point of contact for thebusiness and clients
    • Will coordinate thepaperwork end to end within all functions of the businessencompassing architectural teams engineering teams legal salesmanagement and interior designers if required.
    • Builds a wellbalanced relationship with allsupporting teams at site legal and other internalteams.

    JobRequirements

    • Graduate orBachelors degree in Business Marketing orequivalent
    • 4 years of experience in similarrole preferably in real estatebusiness
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Balance of Customer &Business centricity
    • Conflict ManagementAssertive & Influencing skills
    • Well versedin English Hindi Konkani
    • Strong organizationaland time management skills
    • Attention to detailand ability to prioritize tasks
    • Experience inclient relationship management or a relatedfield
    • Resultoriented a noexcuse drive timemanagement
    • Build network and beresourceful
    • Honesty integrity andtrustworthiness.
    • Flexible for Local travel toany site regularly. Must selfride/drive.
