- Creating Recruitment strategies for PAN India Recruitment
- Managing entire life cycle for Recruitment for Corporate roles and location HR
- Managing entire Campus Relations and Campus Recruitment agenda
- Recruiting internal Talent Acquisition teams and training them for lateral hiring processes
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, midcareer and graduate hiring
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
- Strategizing and Managing entire Recruitment process
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills required
- Ability required to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
- Reviewing , Managing and delivering reports and data when required
- Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
- Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
- Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships across the organization
- Candidates with MBA from Premier B Schools , with minimum 15 years of experience are requested to apply
