A Leading Manufacturing Organization is looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition for a PAN India Talent Acquisition role.

Thee role is based in Gujarat in Ahmedabad/ Gift City and will not be remote/ work from home. It will be based in the Gift City/ Ahmedabad office itself Monday-Friday

The role will encompass the following responsibilities :

• Guiding the Talent Acquisition team on lateral Hiring
• Creating Recruitment strategies for PAN India Recruitment
• Managing entire life cycle for Recruitment for Corporate roles and location HR
• Managing entire Campus Relations and Campus Recruitment agenda
• Recruiting internal Talent Acquisition teams and training them for lateral hiring processes
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, midcareer and graduate hiring
• Partnering with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
• Strategizing and Managing entire Recruitment process
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills required
• Ability required to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
• Reviewing , Managing and delivering reports and data when required
• Applying strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business
• Ability to be strategic and tactical when making decisions
• Interpersonal and motivational skills; you should be capable of building relationships across the organization
• Candidates with MBA from Premier B Schools , with minimum 15 years of experience are requested to apply
• Please note that this role does not have work from home/ remote options and will be based in Gift City/ Ahmedabad itself.
