    Job Summary:

    We are searching for a skilled and experienced financial specialist to join our accounts payable team in a new in-house shared services center supporting the Americas, South Asia and other parts of the world. The professional should be flexible with shifts and will be responsible for supporting the company in meeting deliverable deadlines within the Service Level Agreement, and strengthening vendor relationships through timely payments, while also generating ideas for, and participating in, process optimization efforts.

    Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Exposure on processes such as PO Requisition processing (preferred)/Disbursements/Helpdesk Management/Invoice Entry/Vendor Master Management
  • Data entry of PO requisition in the JDE Procurement module and/or Data entry of invoices in JDE Receiver in a fast-paced, high volume, financial shared services environment
  • Proficiency in JD Edwards and all Microsoft Office applications (mainly Excel, Power point)
  • Ability to track and record payables in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • Processing requests accurately within compliance, with approval verification and quality control review
  • Standardize processes to achieve and exceed stated objectives
  • Ensure the relevant PTP financial controls are operating as designed (SOX compliance)
  • Attention to detail is imperative to provide the highest level of quality
  • Easily adjust to new and changing situations and business needs

  • University Graduate with a major in finance, business or accounting
  • Experience level: 2 to 7 years of industry experience with Procure to Pay Process
  • Should be flexible to work in any shift timings especially US time zone
  • Candidate may be requested to give a pre-selection screening test
  • Experience in Procurement, AP and financial systems
  • Proficient in using JD Edwards a plus
  • Once the candidate is offered, the company transport facility will be provided only for a radius of 23 km (one way). Any additional kms will not be covered by the Company. Employee will have to make alternate arrangements for their commute.
