- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script to introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, warm calling, and follow-up calls. Gather relevant information such as customer needs, preferences, and buying intentions.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade prospects to make a purchase or schedule appointments for further discussions with sales representatives.
- Maintain a database of customer information, interactions, and feedback. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues, and encourage repeat business.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Persuasive and convincing ability to influence customer decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
