    Description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media accounts, and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and drive business goals.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
    1. Content Creation:
    • Create and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
    • Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
    1. Audience Engagement:
    • Foster and grow an active and engaged community across social media channels.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
    1. Campaign Management:
    • Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to achieve marketing goals.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
    1. Brand Consistency:
    • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
    • Collaborate with the design team to create visually cohesive and on-brand content.
    1. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze social media performance metrics.
    • Provide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
    1. Community Building:
    • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to amplify the brand's reach.

    1. Social Listening:
    • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
    • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their features, and best practices.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
    • Proficient in social media analytics tools.
    • Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
