    Job Track Description:

    • Requires broad technical expertise and company/industry knowledge.
    • Is accountable for program management functions.
    • Assists others in achieving goals.
    • Manages performance appraisals and pay reviews.
    • Manages training for 3 or more employees.
    • Manages hiring and termination actions.

    Responsibility Statements

    • Serves as liaison between end-users and product development teams.
    • Works closely with end-users to examine, define, model, and document project requirements.
    • Communicates project requirements to development teams.
    • Analyzes requirements and defines tech solutions.
    • Leverages domain knowledge and system understanding to define a go-to approach for system construction.
    • Produces detailed component specifications and translates these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products.
    • Guides and manages a team of business analysts, and client portfolios.
    • Facilitates cross-functional communication and recognizes the need to engage stakeholders and SME's in a project.
    • Liaison between non-technical client teams, design teams, and testing teams to ensure quality deliverables.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
    • Complies with all policies, procedures, and standards.
