Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding and implementation process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand business needs and align IT solutions accordingly
- Act as the single point of contact for client queries and escalations
- Manage renewals, upsell, and cross sell opportunities
- Track customer success KPIs and share performance reports
Key Skills:
- Customer Success / Account Management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of IT services and solutions
- Problem solving and coordination skills
