- Work as Videographer, Photographer with reporters, anchors and editors
- Ability to understand news tone, shoot location, and guidelines before the shoot.
- Oversee breaking news and interview standards, lighting technique, and image quality
- Creating the mood boards for the journalists to explore with politicians, Bollywood celebrities, podcasts with business honchos, bureaucrats, and diplomats
- Setting up shoots Guide and help in art direction
- Maintaining and managing photography and video equipments
- Working on various video edits for the brand partners with our edit team
- Have worked or want to work on creating exciting video content for news happenings around you
- Proficiency with camera equipments and lighting
- In-depth knowledge of Lightroom, Filmora, or other such softwares
- Previous experience of working on podcast, breaking newsroom, field reporting is appreciated
- Has Full Frame Camera of your own & basic light setup
- Has strong understanding of equipments, and can utilize equipments available internally
- Has a laptop with a configuration of 16 GB RAM or more, and Video Processor to support editing. A personal laptop is a must
- Ability to work with a team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Aptitude to multitask
- Excellent communication, interpretation, and presentation skills
- Having previous agency experience is a plus
- Has at least 1-3 years of work experience in working with brands across social media for their content
