About Position:

Looking for Ruby on Rails expert. Practical experience with SIP, VOIP, PSTN technologies and a good understanding of SIP Protocol. Applied using Ruby with VOIP solutions like Kamailio and Freeswitch. Proven experience working as a Ruby on Rails developer. Strong foundations in TypeScript and React for frontend development.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with technical and business team stakeholders using tools such as Zoom, Slack, GitHub, Miro, and GSuite to drive project success
• Enhance operational excellence and the quality of deliverables through continuous improvement initiatives
• Optimize existing technology stacks for scalability, observability, and reliability to meet evolving business needs
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of current roadmap priorities and new product offerings
• Rapidly acquire proficiency in technologies across distributed systems to contribute effectively to project objectives
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of contributions and ensure timely delivery
• Ability to document requirements, architectural designs, and analysis findings effectively
• Familiarity with OAuth2, OIDC/SAML integrations for Authorization and Authentication
• Experience with test-driven development methodologies to ensure code quality and reliability

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Practical experience with SIP, VoIP, PSTN technologies and a good understanding of SIP Protocol
• Applied using Ruby with VoIP solutions like Kamailio and Freeswitch
• Proven experience working as a Ruby on Rails developer
• Strong foundations in TypeScript and React for frontend development
• Experience developing applications for contact center solutions like Genesys, Twilio, Cisco, NICE Systems
• Working knowledge of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems
• Ability to leverage Terraform in defining AWS infrastructure
• Proficient in designing applications for AWS cloud environments
• EC2 Aurora (MySQL and PostgreSQL), ElastiCache, EventBridge, CloudFront, S3
• Success in building large-scale web projects across the full development stack
• Understanding of event-driven design and architecture principles
• Experience with data-driven innovation and analysis techniques
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Core competencies in full-stack software engineering best practices and tools, including:
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform
• Testing and validation libraries like RSpec
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using CircleCI and Jenkins
• Agile issue tracking software such as Jira
• Version Control systems like GitHub
• Observability and real-time telemetry solutions such as Datadog, Prometheus/Grafana
• Well-Versed designing and integrating GraphQL and RESTful APIs
