Description

The SEO Executive is responsible for developing and executing effective search engine optimisation (SEO) strategies to increase the visibility and ranking of our company's website in search engine results pages (SERPs).
This role involves keyword research, website optimisation, content strategy planning, and monitoring the effectiveness of SEO campaigns. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that SEO strategies align with the company's overall marketing and business goals.

Requirements Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for content optimisation.
Implement on-page SEO tactics, including optimising website content, meta tags, and HTML attributes to improve search visibility.
Develop and manage link-building strategies to enhance the domain authority of the website.
Collaborate with the content creation team to ensure that all content is SEO-friendly and aligns with the latest search engine algorithms and best practices.
Monitor, track, and report on SEO performance and rankings, using tools like Google Analytics and SEM rush, to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engine algorithms.
Work closely with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
Collaborate with the social media team to align SEO strategies across different digital platforms.
Manage and optimise local search and Google My Business listings.
Provide recommendations and strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar digital marketing role.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, SEM rush).
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
Excellent analytical, organisational, project management, and time management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
