- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in network support and administration
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, network routing, and switching
- Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and perform root cause analysis
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or related certifications are a plus
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues
